These Terms govern your use of bktk1. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by them in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bktk1 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bktk1 website at bktk1.app, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotional offers, and related services offered through the Platform. Access to and use of the bktk1 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
You must be at least 21 years of age. bktk1 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person when registering or placing wagers. Corporate accounts and proxy betting are not permitted.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of bktk1 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a bktk1 employee, in a position that creates a conflict of interest with respect to fair participation in the games or betting markets offered on the Platform.
👤Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one active bktk1 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by bktk1 for account verification purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify bktk1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. bktk1 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
bktk1 may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
bktk1 accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any balance therein to another person. Accounts registered using false or third-party identity information will be permanently suspended.
💳Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
bktk1 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also accepted for larger transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are processed on a continuous basis. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bktk1 may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposit may be subject to additional verification. bktk1 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where account verification is incomplete or where suspicious activity has been flagged.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bktk1 wallet within seconds of the transfer being confirmed on the payment provider's network. bktk1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bktk1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
bktk1 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges. bktk1 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
bktk1 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. In the event of suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other suspicious financial activity, bktk1 will freeze the relevant account and withhold any funds pending investigation. bktk1 will comply with all applicable financial reporting obligations.

bktk1 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general conditions:
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement on bktk1 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per registered payment method. bktk1 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds if it determines that a player has registered multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
bktk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. In particular, bktk1 reserves the right to cancel a promotional offer in the event of a technical error or data feed issue that caused the offer to be displayed incorrectly.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are separate from your real-money wallet balance and will be displayed as such in your account dashboard. Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms.

bktk1 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the following activities, any of which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to place opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearing, or exploiting a technical error in the Platform to claim unintended winnings.

Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of illicit origin through the Platform, or using the Platform to transfer, convert, or conceal proceeds of crime. bktk1 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Collusion, match-fixing, or any other conduct intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event or casino game result offered on the Platform. bktk1 cooperates with relevant sporting authorities and regulatory bodies in investigating integrity concerns.

bktk1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. bktk1 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders without exception. bktk1 employs age verification procedures at account registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a bktk1 account is found to belong to a person under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances will be withheld, and any winnings will be voided.

bktk1 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bktk1 does not guarantee that any game outcome, odds display, or account balance information will be accurate at all times. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, bktk1 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly, after conducting a reasonable investigation.
🔐Account Suspension and Termination
bktk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, in the following circumstances:
Where bktk1 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, engaging in bonus abuse, using automated software, or participating in collusion or match-fixing.
Where bktk1 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, law enforcement request, or any other legal obligation. In such circumstances, bktk1 may be prohibited from disclosing the reason for the account action to the account holder.
Where an account holder voluntarily requests the closure of their account. bktk1 will process voluntary account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
📜Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bktk1 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and you access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and on your own initiative.
bktk1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
